Terms & Conditions

By engaging with TechnoWolves for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.

1. Services

TechnoWolves provides digital services including website development, eCommerce development, SEO, graphic design, web hosting, domain registration, Google Workspace, social media management, email hosting, and customized solutions.

2. Project Agreements

• All projects begin upon receipt of a signed proposal and advance payment.
• Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project proposals.
• Changes to agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

• An advance payment (typically 50%) is required before project commencement.
• Balance payment is due upon project completion before final delivery.
• Hosting and recurring services are billed annually or as agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all custom deliverables created for their project. TechnoWolves retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing content, images, and required information in a timely manner.
• Timely review and feedback during design and development stages.
• Maintaining independent backups of their own data and website files.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechnoWolves is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
